time”.

For our celebration of health and beauty, our feature article recipient; the Namibian skincare
expert, Tamarind Nott, who happens to be the CEO of Mbiri Skincare products talks about
her inspiration behind establishing the Mbiri Skincare brand and how one’s lifestyle is
important to the effectiveness of any skincare product. “Any skincare product needs to work
synergistically with your lifestyle”

The Nigerian-born Doctor and content creator Dr. Tolu Mo graced our pages as our feature

pass across medical-related messages to his audience. Though Dr. Mo enjoys saving lives
as a medical practitioner, he states that his social life keeps him mentally healthy. In his
words “ Saving lives makes anyone fulfilled and for my personal goals being a socialite has
helped me grow a lot. so being both has given me maximum respect and confidence”

The vibrant lead Physiotherapist at the Hospital for trauma and surgery Physio Muyiwa
Adejugbagbe had a conversation with us on the importance of physiotherapy and the need
for a fight against interdisciplinary rivalry in the Nigerian health sector. “The sky is big
enough for every health professional to shine. The health care team is like the human body,
when one part suffers, the body suffers and the proper functioning of the various parts
makes the body whole. So I vehemently believe that such unhealthy rivalry should not be
welcome in the medical sector”
