The UncutXtra Magazine Launch and Award Night 4.0 delivered a landmark celebration of innovation, excellence, and culture in Lagos. The prestigious event, held on December 20, 2025, at the Queens Park Event Center, Victoria Island, brought together industry leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and media personalities for an unforgettable evening.
Themed “Celebrating the Embracement of Digital Technology by All Industries,” the event highlighted transformation, creativity, and forward-thinking ideas. Denrele Edun brought his signature charisma to the stage as co-host. Pelumi Olawuni, popularly known as Abike Shugaa, complemented the night with elegance and engaging energy. Together, they maintained a vibrant flow that kept guests fully immersed throughout the night.
The event also featured captivating live performances that elevated the atmosphere. 7-year old drummer and keyboardist, Motirolaoluwa Emmanuel, delivered a soulful performance that resonated with the audience. Uzikwendu also showcased a powerful display of lyricism and stage presence.
Meanwhile, the official launch of the 21st edition of Uncutxtra Magazine stood as a major highlight. The Reality Edition explored fame, influence, and digital-age storytelling with BBNaija star Dede emerging as the cover star. Her unveiling symbolized authenticity, resilience, and the evolving power of reality television. Featured stars such as Roo Boy, Kuture, and Kayikunmi also shared what their Big Brother Naija experience was like, and their journey post the show.
